Fit Drill into assembly and tighten very lightly.

Insert Holder assembly with Drill into Alignment Guide, rotate Holder clockwise against stop,  press Drill inwards against depth gauge, rotate Drill clockwise against alignment stop and tighten (1).

Remove Holder & ensure Drill Center Point is positioned as pictured.

Gently insert Holder into Sharpening Guide until the Drill contacts Grinding Wheel, rotate clockwise & anticlockwise until grinding ceases, rotate 180° & repeat operation.

Drill is now ready for use.

Adjust depth scale to achieve degree of 'Split' required, gently insert Holder into Split-Point Guide until the Drill contacts Grinding Wheel, rotate clockwise & anticlockwise until grinding ceases, rotate 180° & repeat operation.

Drill is now ready for use.
